That's the point behind getting President Trump "arrested". Look at how many State governors/Secretaries of State who have said they won't put him on the state ballot, "Because he has a felony charge against him for Jan 6, and the 14th amendment will prohibit placing him." There have been calls to bar the former president from being able to run in 2024 related to language in the 14th amendment where it states those who “have engaged in insurrection or rebellion” against the government cannot hold office. It doesn't need to be an overwhelming count to throw the election to Joe.
I disagree, but if you're going to cheat by any means possible, and the repeated impeachments haven't removed his support, then this is the next step in the banana republic election.
Just think of how many millions of more fake ballots they will need this time around.
