What The HELL is Going On? Lots of Cops Getting Shot Recently....
Yesterday we had 5 officers shot in the small town of "Greenland NH"
Today we had a State Trooper and 2 others shot in "Chicopee MA"
I saw this post over at Kenny's that 2 more wore shot in
"Modesto CA"

I do appreciate all of you, longtimers and newbies, that stop by here on a daily basis.
My blogger stats range from 4000- 6000 page views on a daily basis, at this rate I should be at 1 Million in 2 months time.

Jeff Gordon announced today that he was firing his entire pit crew. This announcement followed Gordon's decision to take advantage of President Obama's scheme to
employ Harlem youngsters. The decision to hire them was brought about by a recent documentary on how unemployed youths from Harlem were able to remove a set of wheels
in less than 6 seconds without proper equipment, whereas Gordon's existing crew could only do it in 8 seconds with thousands of dollars' worth of high tech equipment.
It was thought to be an excellent and bold move by Gordon's management team, as many races are won or lost in the pits.
However, Gordon got more than he bargained for. At the crew's first practice session, not only was the inexperienced crew able to change all 4 wheels in under 6 seconds,
but within 9 seconds they had changed the paint scheme, altered the VIN number, and sold the car to Dale Earnhardt Jr. for 10 cases of Bud, a bag of weed, and some photos of

The split-cycle engine cuts this four-stroke cycle into two parts. It uses 'paired' cylinders, with each cylinder in the pair doing half the work. We first covered the concept a few years back, after Scuderi completed a prototype.
In the first cylinder, air is drawn through an intake valve, where it mixes with fuel injected into the cylinder. As the piston returns, a different valve opens into a special port. The mixture is pushed through, where it's drawn into the second cylinder through another intake valve.
The valve then closes, the mixture is compressed by the second piston, and ignited in the power stroke. As the piston returns again, the mixture exits through the exhaust valve as it would normally.
Emissions are reduced, and Scuderi predicts up to 65 mpg would be possible from a small-capacity unit.

It seems that one of the local towns has some issues with chemicals in the well water of several homes that are located near my business. I just had two gentlemen from the NH Dept of Environmental Services stop in to check out the facility. I guess everyone has a feather up on this one and they are going to all the local industrial parks to see what kind of work is being performed.
I found the article about the issue in the local "NEWS" and it seems they are pretty sure that it came from a fire and spill that happened over 20 years ago. Me thinks they are using this to just to stick there noses in everyones business to see what they can find to bust balls.
With the day to day crap I have to deal with, I don't need big bother ( yes I did that on purpose) causing me any issues . Its just a small business trying to make a living.
We'll see.....

My question is this: How does a woman who can afford a $400 purse and $200 wallet qualify for food stamps?
