The latest chapter in this constitutional abortion which began in 1934 recently occurred when Kansas state law was found to be in conflict with federal law. A military surplus store owner began to build and sell supressors believing he was legally operating according to his state's law. The article is long, but the author does a good job giving the history, revisions, and the possible outcome of this case which will more than likely end up before the U.S. Supreme Court.
