The first jerk probably got told many times no skating on site but he was bound and determined to get his video done (notice the cameras the woman who runs in at the end is carrying).
Abyone who skateboards on a public sidewalk or street deserves to crash exactly like that kid. I saw a punk hit an old lady and put her in an ambulance doing that crap.
