  5. Ah, well, then, the darlin' on top can't be Irish, not enough beam to her. Any girl brought up on potatoes (and pasta) has a bit more heft to her.

It gets cold on dem Irish morns.

    1. Malarkey, we can do without.
Shenanigans, on the other hand, are always welcome.

  9. Sure and Begorrah you're going on the gargle/piss/batter after you come out of your house and can't find your shadow my Irish Friend. It will be spring in four days or about when you sober up.

    Happy Saint Patrick's Day, Irish!

  10. The wife is Irish. I have Scottish heritage. I am the one who likes corned beef and cabbage where she will not touch it. One of my St. Patty's traditions is watching "The Quiet Man".

  11. I am only a third generation American with nothing but Irish on both sides and I also was basically raised by Irish Nuns in Catholic school. The funny thing is that there is a company that is trying to talk one of my sons into taking a position in Ireland (Regular not Northern). I really appreciate what my ancestors went through getting us here and it is hilariously ironic that opportunity in Ireland may call my son back. Erin Go Bragh!
