The Mayo Clinic ad is all too correct. It is very hard to kill a culture based on merit and hard work, but the current management has been trying to do so since the mid 90s. They are succeeding.
There are more multi millionaires in government than ever before. That debt they made has been by fraud and fraud negates anything that follows . Even the 34 trillion they have spent on democracy and votes.
