Seeing that cigarette, and believing that he has indeed indulged in the _other_ evil weed as shown in prior photos in his youth, it makes me wonder if he and the cow indulge in using marijuana in their personal quarters within the White House. My bet would be, "Yes", although I imagine worse things have taken place there. During _this_ administration, too.
