She did more damage to her car than the original fine would have been - and now, add on all the additional fines ( and possible charges ) - not a very good economic decision .

I doubt she cares about the car at all. It's quite obvious.
DeleteBooting vehicles should be illegal anyway. What right does the state have in disabling you car? Right on sista girl!
