What Did She Do?

LACONIA, N.H. — Laconia Police responded to multiple 911 calls on Tuesday regarding an alleged incident of indecent exposure at the tire inflation station of the Ghetto Cumbys convenience store in Laconia.

According to a police report, the incident occurred while an individual identified as He-Marie, described as approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 185 pounds, was filling a vehicle tire with air. During that time, responding officers allege that the individual’s mini skirt shifted in a manner that resulted in exposure of it’s “exceptionally low hanging scrotum”, prompting concern from several members of the public who contacted emergency services.

The subject identifies using nontraditional gender terminology, “It”, which was noted by police in the incident report. No physical contact with others was alleged, and no injuries were reported.

Police stated that “it” is well known in the local community as a former employee of a nearby grocery store. Records indicate that the grocery store had received multiple prior complaints from customers, which ultimately led to the individual’s termination. Authorities did not specify whether those complaints were related to the current incident.

He-Marie was charged with indecent exposure under New Hampshire law. The case remains under review by the Laconia Police Department, and no court date has yet been announced.

Laconia Mayor Mike Bordes commented briefly on the matter, stating that he believed the situation raised broader concerns about fairness and public perception. “I feel it is a great injustice to trans people,” Bordes said, adding that he intended to personally post bail for He-Marie.

Police emphasized that the charge relates solely to the alleged conduct at the scene and that all individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The Laconia Police Department encourages anyone who witnessed the incident or has additional information to contact authorities directly.

    1. Not so much any more. I was at the my local grocery store earlier this week and asked one of the produce stock clerks if she was going to be bringing out any of an item where the bin was empty. She had to go get another person to answer my question because she No hablo inglés. She was as brown as a nut as was the person who spoke English. When I first moved here 50 years ago it was uncommon to see any POC any where. Now going to the grocery store is like going to the UN with primarily Spanish being the second most language heard. There's STILL not a lot of black people here locally. Central American origins mostly I suspect.

Several months ago, I asked another produce clerk where I could find a particular item I was looking for that wasn't in its usual place. The guy spoke English but his accent was thick I couldn't understand what he was saying. After my telling him the second time I couldn't understand him, he whips out his iphone speaks into it then plays the translation. I'm standing there jaw on the floor, then thanked him and went to find the item where the translation said it would be.

I'm tempted sometimes to go buy an ICE logo'd hat just to see how many scatter as I walk up and down the aisles. I know, I'm a heartless bastard. It would be fun though.
