I think that this might be an image from Bing Image Creator.

Alas the Irish header does not appear on iOS Safari. I really do need to take the extra trouble to check in once a week on a regular computer.
Tap the area on your phone where the website URL is. Tap the AA to the left of the URL (the AA may already show in the box), then tap the Request Desktop Website. That should display more information, and it brought up the header picture for me.
