In a move that has many folks scratching their heads, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has renewed its push for the People’s Garden Initiative which now includes registering vegetable gardens nationwide. >>HERE<<

  2. Controlling food has always been the power tool of Tyrants.

Holodomor (Ukrainian: Голодомо́р, romanized: Holodomor, IPA: [ɦolodoˈmɔr];[2] derived from морити голодом, moryty holodom, 'to kill by starvation'),[a][3][4][5] also known as the Terror-Famine[6][7][8] or the Great Famine,[9] was a man-made famine in Soviet Ukraine from 1932 to 1933 that killed millions of Ukrainians. The Holodomor famine was part of the wider Soviet famine of 1932–1933 which affected the major grain-producing areas of the country.[10]

While scholars universally agree that the cause of the famine was man-made, whether the Holodomor constitutes a genocide remains in dispute.[11][12][13] Some historians conclude that the famine was planned and exacerbated by Joseph Stalin in order to eliminate a Ukrainian independence movement.

Welcome to the Hunger Games Comrade.

Got food (like 2+ years) and trusted friends?

  3. Clearly the USDA has way more people sucking at the public trough than they have things for them to do. Now of course, a floundering incompetent buffoon running anything would purge the useless dead weight, but the government doesnt have anyone nearly sharp enough to be considered merely a floundering incompetent buffoon

  5. This is a GOOD thing, because, to save then planet, wouldn't everybody agree with our benevolent government to only grow pot and Brussel's sprouts? The former to help you handle the taste of the latter.

Disclosure: this Dutchman LOVES Brussel's sprouts, but has learned during his 40+ years here in the USA that there are not many people here that have that same highly developed taste. Like good old Dutch licorice. People in the USA are missing some of the best things in life. 😇😇😇😇😊

    1. Brussel Sprouts are especially tasty soaked in butter.
Unfortunately for me, they have a surfeit of Vitamin K which screws up my INR, so I can't eat them. Or spinach. I love spinach!

    2. I don't mind Brussel Sprouts, but it all depends on how they're prepared.
      Boiled to death......ummm.....no.

    3. I happen to really like Brussel Sprouts. I halve them and fry in olive oil over VERY low heat (high heat will burn them. Almost nothing worse than burnt sprouts). I also throw a couple of split large cloves of garlic in the pan. Delish.

    4. You don't have to avoid Vit. K in order to keep your INR in range; just take the same total amount of daily Vit. K, adjust your warfarin accordingly, and then keep both constant. Yeah, I know-kinda hard after eating a bowl of sprouts or a 2 pound spinach salad one day and not the next.

    5. I throw some butter and limon juice upon them to help cut down on the bitterness you sometimes run into to.
Maybe try some vinegar, wine vinegar, it you have it for the spinach.
You know what kind of fish goes with peanut butter? ...... jelly fish. drum roll please.
Anyway, have a Merry Halloween this year all of you out there.

  6. Beware the fine print. Somehow, it seems to me, that when becoming a part of the "People's Garden" association/movement, you have de facto surrendered your private property rights.

  7. ...after registration, they will issue regulations on how much water and fertilizer you can use in THEIR garden to produce crops that they will redistribute under their Equity, DIEversity, carbon control programs, just like the EU is doing.

  10. Not sure why anyone would scratch their head about this. The first step to controlling or confiscating something is to know it exists and where it is. They mean to starve millions of us. Taking our food....AT GUNPOINT...is a part of their plans.
