The result was a couple who had been married for twenty years and their dog was killed and four policemen were wounded. Heroin was supposedly being sold from this house. There was not any Heroin found. None of the cops were wearing body cameras. The lead investigator, Gerald Goines, and long time Houston Department undercover narcotics investigator lied to obtain a "no knock" search warrant. Goines has been suspended along with another unnamed policemen.

Yes, that's the one. I kept track, and the family won a 1.2 Million judgement against the city & police. However at that time, they had already accumulated 1.1 Million in medical expenses. The MSM really offended me over that one; "They won 1.2 Million!!! Like they won the lottery." I'm like, yeah, but they already owe 1.1 Million, and still have to pay for medical expenses beyond that.
DeleteJustice would be a judgement that the city & police have to cover baby BooBoo's medical expenses until age 18. A judgement like that and there would be less "no-knock raids" yielding no drugs.
