Lovely - but forgive me for being an old geezer and I admit it has been almost forty years since I used the bow, but do people no longer need to wear a forearm protector on the bow hand? When i shot 'competitively'. if you didn't wear a guard, then by the third set your left forearm would have looked like hamburger meat. Maybe the new bows don't do that.

ReplyDeleteA guard is necessary for use with recurve bows. But unnecessary for use with compound bows.
DeleteI always got a bulge in my off arm when shooting my recurve without a guard.
I bet someone could make some money with videos of girls in bikinis bowfishing for alligators.
