Jeep Grand Cherokee "Moose" Test

In the avoidance maneuver test, also called moose test, the Jeep Grand Cherokee failed big time. Here is the full story behind all performed moose tests with the car that proves that it can be lethal.

Go watch the VIDEO

One thing that caught my eye, other than the issues with the Jeep handling was the driver had no helmet and the passenger had a bicycle helmet.. those crazy swedes!

  3. Here they tell us on the roads in Michigan (A few miles from Chryslers Test Track no less) Don't Veer for Deer. I realize that Moose have a much higher mass then deer. But what causes a majority of the accidents is people swerving to avoid the damn things. Also from the looks of things in the video, the taureg and volvo are considerably lower to the ground and appear to have a wider track that the newer cherokee.. *shrug* ymmv
