What's the odds of a veteran applying tar and feathers to a corrupt Democrat and then using the oath of enlistment as an affirmative defense? Furthermore, what are the odds of a single veteran being in the jury and then the jury hanging? And what are the odds of multiple veterans being on a jury? And what happens if one of those veterans is pursuasive? Is acquittal a possibility?
In the 18th century people were such that many problems of today simply did not occur. And when problems did occur most of them were settled right on the spot. We, today, live in the presence of the most diabolical criminal institution in the history of the world - the US Gov't. Who will bell the cat?
^*^* that right thar explains why it will take violence to fix it. And many of us will commit a form of suicide. . . “The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of Men who wanted to be left Alone. They try, so very hard, to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love. They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it. They know that the moment they fight back, their lives as they have lived them, are over. The moment the Men who wanted to be left alone are forced to fight back, it is a form of suicide. They are literally killing off who they used to be. Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these Men who wanted to be left alone, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives. They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror. TRUE TERROR will arrive at these people’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy… but it will fall upon the deaf ears of the Men who just wanted to be left alone.”
The divide has deepened, there is only so much room for retreat and retreat is delayed defeat any way. I've said too many times already: The South African model is a proven failure. Barricades and concertina wire are very temporary measures; we are long past temporary anything.
Thing is this ain't the first time what is truly behind it all has been behind things, it's old, been around for a long long time, It's very old, has deep deep cover, where it is very hard to get at.
Our forefathers would have been stackin' bodies like cord wood by now. IMHO. The biggest deterrent to crime, at any level, is immediate PUBLIC execution of sentence and capital punishment for most crimes, especially when elected officials betray the people that elected them.
Capital punishment sets an example for others that may be entertaining thoughts of a life of crime and weeds the gene pool of people so inclined.
This boolchit of having murders, rapists and thieves languish for years through an ever lengthening appeals process is senseless, does not deter others from committing the same or similar crimes and especially does NOT serve justice for the victims.
You should get one appeal and that is ONLY to review if the perp got a fair trial. That should take a week or less. Once that verdict comes back, if the court found a fair trial, then IMMEDIATE PUBLIC EXECUTION TO FOLLOW THE NEXT DAY. Rope, firing squad, electrocution or a massive dose of fentanyl. Just get it done.
As to public servants that commit crimes they only get rope. The haul'em up kind and no hood so they can twist and buck in the wind while they strangle to death. Witnesses to the public execution can watch the executed's face turn purple and their eyes and tongues bug out of their heads while they piss and shit themselves. That's deterrence.
We've grown too soft and "civilized" since June 4th, 1919 and today's society reflects that softness as do the crime numbers.

ReplyDeleteHow long does it take to build a scaffold?
ReplyDeletePlenty of tall trees with solid limbs around here.
DeleteI think it would be past tense.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely. Several of our "leaders" would be no more long ago.
DeleteNothing they do makes sense until you realize The Federal Government is an enemy of this country and her people.

Bodies would have started stacking up right about the time FDR arose to power, had the Founding Fathers been around. Maybe even sooner.
