After the heavy fog cleared, for the 3rd day in a row, it got up to 75 here in Florida. If the water wasn't so damn cold, I'd have jumped in the pool to get some sun. Don't know what the water temp is, but if the junk fights to withdraw into the body and the nips are hard enough to cut diamonds, it's too cold to get into.
For those interested, the last pic has the Mt. Washington Hotel in the left foreground, the Presidentials as a backdrop, with Mt Washington on the right.
This year, Colorado is having the highest temp in recorded history and the lowest snowpack ever. So sad. Even sadder next spring and summer.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what our low was last night, but the high was only 11F today.

Don't worry about Colorado's temperatures. There's always someone messing with the global warming-global cooling thermostat.

ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite views crossing the White Mts. Irish is having fun!
ReplyDeleteThat last photo of the Mt Washington Hotel and mountain was spectacular. Had a house in Franconia years ago, still miss the north country in winter.
ReplyDeleteBecause it imported to much ‘hot air’ to the Front Range, which has subsequently ruined the remaining 85% of a beautiful state.
