      Yuck. Best way to ruin chocolate. Wrap it around coconut.

      Then there's the new fad of adding coconut and/or palm oil oil to every effing thing. Why. because it's cheap.

      However, they're telling you it's "healthy" because plant based. 25 or 30 years from now they're going to "discover" that coconut and palm oil aren't REALLY good for you, just like they did with hydrogenated oils 30 or so years ago.

      Ever see a Polynesian or other S. Pacific islander over the age of 30 that wasn't obese? Ever wonder why? Where does palm and coconut oil mainly come from?

    I sent #19 to my relatives in Ireland in a St Patrick's message along with "Once you go black you'll never go back". Having seen first hand what is going on there they'll be right up there demographically with the United States in a couple years.
