Young likely realized that he has no grounds to make the demands. Rogan has an exclusive deal with Spotify and Young sold 50% of the rights to his music to a British investment company a year ago.
Maybe if he threatened to move out of the USA.

Neil Young pissed off a few million people in the South with one song a few decades ago. Since then, he's managed to keep a small audience of people that will attend his small venue concerts, and turned himself into a sour-faced curmudgeon with an over abundance of self-importance.

ReplyDeleteIn the late 60's and 70's Neal Young made tons of money by singing "Don't Trust the Man" meaning the government. It is interesting that now the old burned out 70's protestor is now shouting "'Obey The Man".Hippies were facist back in the 60's and 70's (agree with us or we will burn your shit, Antifa before there was a Antifa) and they haven't changed.
