Shot him in the head at point blank range, and he suffered " injuries that were not life-threatening"? What did sh use, an AirSoft? At that range a pellet gun would be lethal.
He must have been one of the protected classes. Kind of like that school shooter who was released on bail, thrown a party, all because he shot some people after a drug deal gone south.
Yeah, I am not signing up to the Dallas crap rag to read the story... I can only guess the race of the perp and his higher melanin count. I say good, shoulda, coulda shot him a couple more times to make sure.
An FYI for everyone out there. I applaud what she did, but here's another option for those who aren't armed. Use your left hand to grab the scumbag's right hand. If he's got that hand on the wheel, clamp your hand over his to keep his hand on the wheel (don't try to steer, just keep his right hand on the wheel). Then, using your right hand, grab the keys on the steering column and turn the car OFF. While you might not be able to remove the keys, you should be able to turn the car off. Try this with your car while parked: put it in gear, then try to turn it off. the car will quickly stop with the engine off.
Anonymous, Some newer vehicles can be started and driven without a key in the ignition. They operate with a signal from a fob. . Conceivably, her vehicle could be stole while she was fueling or inside a building... as long as the fob was in range. . A clever thief knows this. I discovered this vulnerability while test-driving a new truck with my buddy Butterbean, the fleet manager at the Ram/Jeep dealer. . . PS: Empty the magazine, reload.

ReplyDeleteNow it makes sense. Just look at the giant rubber appendage on top of his neck. You need a 4-Bore to kill dangerous game up close.
ReplyDeleteShe did ask politely....
ReplyDeleteWait a minute, the perp is not being charged with attempted kidnapping????

DeleteI love a story with a happy ending.
ReplyDeleteAnd have the local police and city council issued her the appropriate citizenship award and marksmanship ribbons?
ReplyDeleteIf not, why not??

ReplyDeleteA gun shot to the head also prevents him from trying to restart the vehicle.
