Name The First Song....

.. that comes to mind if someone asked. "What song can you listen to multiple times in a row?"

Your driving along, the sun is out and windows down, suddenly a song comes on that you haven't heard in a while. That kinda song that makes your right foot press a little a harder and your hand reaches for the volume. You sing along, out loud, and keep pushing replay.

    1. Argh, you beat me to it, Libertyman.
Second choice would be Rob Zombie. Either Black Sunshine or Thunder Kiss '65. Superheated is good for cranking up as well.

  4. Well, I probably have about a hundred of them, but I was singing "Go Back" by Crabby Appleton in the grocery store on Thursday as it was playing over their speaker system. I wouldn't normally do that in public, however with the mask on nobody could see who was doing the off key thing........

  5. Life Was a Rock Until My Radio Rolled Me, Barracuda, Citizen Soldier at full volume, Paranoid, Ride of the Valkyries by Richard Wagner, Scotland the Brave on bagpipes, Johnny Reb by Johnny Horton. Rock, hard rock, heavy metal, classical, folk music and country music all works for me. Another one is Ballad of the Green Beret at full volume on I-55 at midnight, repeated five times at full throttle.

    1. Give the Runrig version of Loch Lomond a listen. It might replace Flower of Scotland

  10. There's certainly more than one, but the first one that came to mind was "Turn to Stone" by Joe Walsh while I was trying to remember the title "Midnight Man" by the James gang. But I can also listen to "Tequila Sunrise" and "Victim of Love" a bunch of times.

  12. It really depends on the mood I'm in. It could be anything from Cream by Prince (or a whole bunch of his other stuff. Got to Give It Up by Marvin Gaye, Lust for Life by Iggy Pop, Come Sail Away by Styx, ...or some Slade, or some Zeppelin. My tastes are varied and eclectic.

  18. Far too many to name just one. The genre does depend on the mood. Some good ones posted already. Here is one obscure one. Fairly short; some good guitar. Dire Straights - Down to the Waterline.
