Suppressed M3 "Grease Gun" with Bushmaster Bobby-Trap Trigger Device
This particular submachinegun was provided by the OSS to an European resistance fighter for a specific mission. Note in the second photo the suppressor implements rolled screen mesh instead of "baffles" to help muffle the sound.
