TRUMP-HILLARY- SUPREME COURT APPOINTMENTS-- SERIOUS ISSUES--- HOW THE FUTURE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THIS ELECTION....

Sent in by AFOI.... from Conservative Daily

A lot of people have brought up the fact that they won't vote for Trump if he's the eventual nominee. I just want to put something in perspective.

Justice Scalia's seat is vacant. Ginsberg is 82 years old, Kennedy is 79, Breyer is 77, and Thomas is 67. Nowadays, the data shows that the average age of a Supreme Court retirement or death occurs after 75.

These are 5 vacancies that will likely come up over the next 4-8 years. The next President will have the power to potentially create a 7-2 Supreme Court skewed in their ideology.

Think about that... 7-2. If the next President appoints 5 young justices, it will guarantee control of the Supreme Court for an entire generation. And 7-2 decisions will hold up much more over time than 5-4 decisions which are seemed to be lacking in mandate.

Hillary has made it clear she will use the Supreme Court to go after the 2nd Amendment. She has literally said that the Supreme Court was wrong in its Heller decision stating that the Court should overturn and remove the individual right to keep and bear arms. Period.

Everyone saying that they won't vote for one candidate or the other if they are the GOP nominee, please realize this. If Hillary Clinton wins and gets to make these appointments, you likely will never see another Conservative victory at the Supreme Court level for the rest of your life. Ever.

If you are a Conservative rational American( my edit , Irish) , a vote for anyone but the GOP nominee, whomever that will be, is a vote for Hillary Clinton.

And not JUST this.  Hellary would open the floodgates to MILLIONS of illegals - the majority of whom will vote Democrat reflexively.  She will
open the floodgates to MILLIONS of rapefugees from the Middle East.  She will probably continue Barackus' intended policy to move inner city
people to the suburbs to dilute and flip district after district to the "D" column through demographic moves (a la Stalin who also did such
large-scale relocations).  After all, there are a LOT of districts that just need a "nudge" to go from R to D.  Guess which will be targeted
first for such relocations.

She will nominate at least two SCOTUS justices in the Leftist mold.  She will work to functionally gut the Second Amendment.  She will
work to create whole new classes of government dependency.  She will, as a "true believer in climate change", GUT energy production
and prices will skyrocket.

In full confession, am I enthusiastic about Trump?  No.  I do NOT think he's a "rock solid" capital-C conservative.  But given the options...
IMHO if you'd rather see Hellary for - likely - eight years AND watch the US turned into a mono-party country just to avoid Trump, you're
insane.  Because there won't BE a country after Hellary short of a civil war.

  1. I have been trying my best to get this simple message across to the anti-Trump zealots out there.
The issue of the Supreme Court alone is enough drag all but the most insane tinfoil hat wackos
to pull the lever for The Donald. If the communist lesbian in the Mao Jacket wins in November,
she gets the stacked supreme court that FDR lusted after. One or two replacements will mean
as Hugh Hewitt put it: "The GOP has to win in 2016, or the Supreme Court and indeed the entire
judiciary becomes a permanent conveyor belt of collectivist whims."

America will cease to exist the moment the judiciary begins absolute rule by judicial fiat. It does
not matter what the GOP does, they will not even attempt to reign in an activist court! It will
essentially be a dictatorship by men in black robes.

  2. I'm sorry, in my opinion we were all boned the minute Trump became the presumptive nominee.
I agree with what you have said about Hillary. However, based on Trump's history, the things he has done and said over the years as well as what he has said and the huge gaping wiggle room he has left himself I am sure that he will do pretty much the same. If you notice his anti immigration rhetoric has softened considerably and it looks it was all just setting up a position from which to bargain since he is the self proclaimed "Master of the Deal". His list of potential Supreme Court justices is a list that he MAY select from, or according to him a mere 5 hours later a list the he might ignore entirely.

Based on every scrap of evidence that we have about this man, this serial liar and serial adulterer, what EXACTLY suggests that he will select a justice who is a constitutionalist in any way, shape, or form? Why would he tell the truth on this when he doesn't on almost anything else? Please note that he loves the Kelo vs New London ruling and has tried to use the eminent domain precedent from Kelo to enrich himself.

From where I'm sitting Trump is just selling repackaged "Hope and Change"

  3. Every prominent conservative was impressed by his nominees list. He is a businessman, not a politician
so we have every right to expect his nominations to be preeminent in their virtues, and and not political
cronies and campaign donors. This is what distinguished Reagan and W., as opposed to Obonzo and B.J.
Billy. People who are arguing that they are against what Trump "MIGHT" do, have zero evidence that
he will not do what he promised. Notice that his list of nominees were not only conservatives, they
were also young, so he is thinking ahead to the future. Trump might turn into a space alien, but
is not a reason hand the election to a Stalinist communist, sealing America's fate with two
    Supreme Court appointments.

America would have had a communist free White House since 1980, if not for the tinfoil hat Bush
Derangement Syndrome zealots who were so narrow minded, they failed to realize as bad as John
McRINO was, he would not have damaged America the way the Kenyan communist did!

  4. The problems are
    A) his supporters have ZERO evidence that he will do what he has "promised". I have seen plenty of evidence of him NOT doing as he has promised. Heck, he "promised" to run his campaign using his own money so that he was not beholden to anyone else. Last I checked he was no longer honoring that promise.

    B) He published a phenomenal list and then a few hours later pretty much said he MIGHT choose from the list, or well maybe not. Besides, as I recall he has a relative or relative by marriage who is a very liberal judge that he has stated on the record would make a gra Supreme Court Justice.

Finally, I don't have to prove that he won't live up to his promises. He or his supporters need to prove that he WILL!
Did you all forget how this works?
