Thanks CW.. I'm not sure what the end use is. My customer solders in a copper tube and they are used for heat exchanging. Probably in the laser or semiconductor industry.
I HATE Helicoils. Had to install some in oil pans on customers cars after some idiots had used an impact wrench to put the drain plug in. So next time the plug was pulled out came the plug and the helicoil. GM V-6's and Ford I-4's werwe the worst. Especially as the Ford's had aluminum pans.
