While you are watching the video keep in mind that Venus is 67,108,088 million miles from the sun
and Earth is 92,955,887.6 miles. Look at how volatile the sun is.......

ReplyDeleteBeautiful, but I think NASA played some CG games with this. The disk that is supposed to be Venus is slightly transparent, allowing the edge of the sun to be seen faintly _through_ the disk as it passes. No way that could really occur. The few shots of a darkened disk passing over the plain, flat-surfaced yellow sun showed on opaque Venus, but not the other views.
