Dear PETA... THIS. IS. DELICIOUS!!
I need to get some stored up energy for the storm that's coming so I went with a NY Sirloin that
will last me for lunch, snack and dinner.
The beef is from "BRANDT" and is very good I might add. I try and eat grass-fed beef as a rule of thumb but the local butcher carries this brand as their top seller.
Not quite like that but still Good:
UPDATE>.. I wanted to make sure no-one ( Brock) thinks I ruined a good steak hahahhahah
