It started on ...some... blogger-hosted blogs a week ago. Connecting via a different ISP, and therefore in a different location (on the other side of the Atlantic) it worked fine. Returning to my local ISP would cause it to start failing again.

I went to my dashboard, but when I click on "settings", I did not see a "comments" section that I could change.
It seems to be resolved.
