    I just spent $80 on damn windshield wipers. Windshield wipers. But I changed them myself.

    Wipers only last a Coupla summers and then they chatter across the glass. This time I got the chea,,errr, least expensive ones. It was still almost thirty bucks.
    I let them put them on. I don't mess with it often enough to remember how.

      A couple of summers? I have to change mine at the end of summer every year. The GA heat cooks them hard and they start streaking and squeaking.

      I change my own but every time I have to turn them over and over and around a few times before it sinks in how they go on. Always a pain in the ass.

    I remember when I used to just slide in the rubber part for both sides for under $10. But then again water was free back then.
