  1. The great bifurcation!
Seriously, this is why some people have been saying for years we're either going to have to split up or fight over it.
Their pronouns, and 'courage' to use them, are viewed positively, as a sign of courage, and strength and virtue signalling among this crowd.
As she ummm, so eloquently, ummm, stated like, the rest of us ummm see that and think ummm, you're a retard.
How can those 2 groups homogenize? They can't. The things they are proud of, extoll as positive virtues, we see as a weakness. They are proud of being weak? No, DEI and all that is a strength in their eyes, productivity be damned. Completely incompatible. If the weak are allowed to exist within a group of the strong, they constantly harass, create divisiveness, and generally fuck things up. On purpose! What always happena in the corporate world (exactly what this ummm woman describes).
No, a split is coming, and there will be a fight over it, so best get your ass to which side of the pasture you want to be on. Thats what voting with your feet means. If we all did it and held a census we might not be in this predicament... but all you assholes holding out in your purple suburbs think your house is soooo great, and your job couldn't possibly exist somewhere else, so you sit there bitching to US THAT HAD THE COURAGE TO MOVE! Fuck you pussies, go live in your liberal shithole state where the trannies and faggots tell you what to do. Stay the fuck out of my home, or you'll fuck it up just like you did your state.
See, I told you there was a fight coming.

    1. Not just corporate world; look at current governance.
Nothing is ever about competence; it's how queer you are, how greedy you are, what grievance group/race you're a part of, how willing you are to have no moral scruples whatsoever.
We're not going to be happy about fixing things after you fuck them up and we are forced to deal with that, and the dependent class, but deal we will.

  2. If she is reading my resume; the pronouns are bite/tickle/pull hair!

  3. Absolutely correct. These folks are nearly unemployable. Lazy in the extreme. With such as these in the workforce, the focus shifts from company goals and objectives to their problems, their issues, their complaints, their excuses, their "perspectives". They don't come to work regularly and on time. When confronted tears flow like a river. They are malignant, weak, without coping mechanisms, without reason or perspective, without ability to understand anything outside the bubble of their foolish, petty, selfish wants. They are a cancer. A canker. A grotesque and unlikeable aberration of humankind. They make the workplace an unlivable hellscape of complaint, failure and destruction.

  4. She is correct. The only thing she missed is "don't make videos on your phone while driving."

    1. While obviously in a car, I dont think she was driving as you can see one of her hands and it looks like she is in the passengers seat on the right side. But you do make a good point otherwise.

    2. I don't think she was driving. Right seat.

  5. And a recent article I saw bears that out. Employers simply are skipping right over those resumes. Its a lot like what the ADA did for employment of the disabled. Most employers are probably fine with doing what they can to accommodate someone, but once the Feds stepped in, there was NOTHING a disabled person couldn't DEMAND and get (or would sue). Sorry, no employer needs that level of grief, either from someone who is disabled, or someone who is so mentally ill that they put it out there on their resume with they/them, etc. The colored hair, the man buns, the facial piercings and tattoos, etc. are quite useful to all the rest of us as well in serving as warning signs to be followed.

    1. You must have an earwax problem. I'm 73 and understood everything she said. And she was spot on about pronoun people.

    2. I think she's about 4 decades late for a valley girl. I'm hard of hearing, in my EARLY 70's, and L got her message loud and clear. We need several million more like her.

  8. As a retired Manager I would just toss everyone of those resumes in the trash. If one of those people made it to an interview by having a good resume the interview would be short. I remember an Electrical Engineering opening I had and a fresh person out of college came in expecting to get hired at more money then I was making or any of my Engineers were making. I explained to this person I would be spending a year of training on our equipment before he was useful. He look like business, he had the university smarts, but did not have real world experience of business. Today's University systems are making them even worse.

    1. One thing I learned after a couple of mistakes was that as soon as I saw PHd on the resume it went in the shitcan as fast as an MBA that had no real world experience. Usually MBA's could figure things out after discovering that their professors, who had no real world experience, were full of Pelosi and therefore most were okay after having a few reality experiences. I just didnt want to put up with them or pay them until they got that "experience". PHd's just never could but insisted on things should be the way they ought to be rather than the reality that things were the way they were because people were involved.

  9. They are MOSTLY useless.
The Woke are only good for clearing minefields and it'll take a lot of ammo to get them off their ass and running in the right direction.
Did I say that out loud?

  12. She looks alot like, and sounds a lot like one of my grand daughters who really has her stuff together. When she is on a rant about these kinds of dipshits, I simply remind her that these are the people she will be competing for good jobs with. She just smiles knowingly. Now her sister who is still in high school, I dont know about.

  13. She is right, and Tree Mike is right. We need millions more like her. We need tens of millions more like her. A few hundred million.

The only issue? There are plenty of corporations that get too much corporate welfare from the government, and despite their possible personal capitalistic views, play this BS woke game with their people and their companies. They will sell out this country for short term personal financial gain. Always remember that even in Communism, there are winners. The number of winners is small, and all of these giant corporations and individuals (see Warren Buffett and Bill Gates) think they will have a chair when the music stops. Sadly, many of them will...
