EAGLES: DOOLIN DALTON / DESPERADO REPRISE

Here is a great old Eagle song that doesn't get a lot of playtime on the airwaves. There are some really good pictures too.

    1. Much of their music I consider to be country. In the late seventies and early eighties a lot of country stations down here would play "Tequila Sunrise", "Desperado", "Seven Bridges Road", etc. In my opinion the music of the Eagles was way more country than some of the Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton (i.e. "Islands in the Stream", etc.) of that time. I stopped listening to modern country during that time because I felt country music had gone "disco". I like the Geezinlaw Brothers take on that sort of music. Check it out here. I make turn this video into a post sometime. LOL

  2. "Doolin Daltons" is a very good song. Whenever I hear the line "faithless women" I say to myself, Is there some other kind? Then my wife slaps me.
