Cliven Bundy's cattle are only a threat to the Desert Tortoise if Cliven Bundy does not pay the government for grazing 'rights'; however, if he complies and pays - he can graze them all he wants right there in the middle of Desert Tortoise habitat and suddenly they are no longer a threat!
Yep, and Harry Reid should have been staked to the ground near at least one of those nuclear tests.
