We lived in Florida when our two children were born. Hooters was just another beach joint that had pretty women clad in beach attire. It was normal dress for everything for miles and miles. The Hooters culture was family friendly so we went there often for the great food, the cute women was a bonus. My son was no more than two when a waitress was taking our order. Next thing I knew he had his had on the waitresses butt. I tried to discourage his actions and she said "he's ok". I couldn't have been more relaxed in that place. Too bad some people think so little of the place today. I don't.
