I used to get emails that would show follow up comments if I posted a comment on some of the other blogs.
I don't see the toggle that allows you to get the comments and my email has been dead for a few
days or so. Am I missing a setting or something?

Check your spam. I had one go to spam over on another blog. Blogger is screwing around with stuff...
