Last year there was this POST in July and then this new POST in November
In the November post I noted I would post a follow up, which didn't seem to happen.
It worked and now I proved it out again.
The other day there was signs of new excavation in the barn. It was fixed the next day.
Run the 4wheeler for about 10-15 mins while I do my chores and voila! no more rat.
No placing of poison or traps or begging your cat .... to do his job.
