A man arrives at the gates of heaven.

St. Peter looks through his book and tells him "I don't see any reason why we should let you in. You don't seem to have done anything worthy in your life."

The guy replies: "What about the time I was driving and saw a woman with a flat tire beside the road? A bunch of bikers had surrounded her and were giving her a hard time. I stopped and got out; they turned on me so I grabbed a tire iron and told them to back off."

St. Peter: "You really did that? When did this happen?"

The guy: "About 5 minutes ago"

SKT Ranch - Art, Texas

Last year, during one of my walks here in New Hampshire, I found this coozie on the side of the road. I had forgotten about it until I was doing a little bunker cleaning this morning and found it under some paper work on one of the shelves.  It would be interesting if any of you,my readers, have ever been there or have participated in the Quail Shoot. It's amazing how far this item has traveled and what stories those travels would tell.

I did a little googling and found out that there is an ART, TEXAS

but no other hits after a few different searches of various configurations of "SKT Ranch" and "Quail Shoot".  Finally, I got one hit from a blog post back in 2009 about the 8th annual hunt

>HERE<  so I guess this coozie is from 2011.

I just found it to be interesting that this coozie made it this far:

"Texting Gun".... Really? When will they come out with

..the "Big Mac" gun or the "Coffee" gun. How about the "Chatting With Your Friend In The Back Seat" gun?

Just another way for the powers that be to generate more revenue.

Texting while driving can be incredibly dangerous and in most countries it is completely outlawed.
That doesn’t stop some thoughtless motorists from trying to compose a message while flying along a motorway, though, increasing the chance of a fatal accident.
But now one company claims to have developed a ‘texting gun’ that can recognise the frequency of a text message, allowing police to fine people for doing it.

How far are we from this?

Are There Any Cellular Biologists In The House?...

This is amazing animation....

Harvard University selected XVIVO to develop an animation that would take their cellular biology students on a journey through the microscopic world of a cell, illustrating mechanisms that allow a white blood cell to sense its surroundings and respond to an external stimulus. This award winning piece was the first topic in a series of animations XVIVO is creating for Harvard’s educational website BioVisions at Harvard.
