According to HR we are barely allowed to ask if someone is having a good day.

    1. Naw - the translations just bad - "incapacidad por maternidad" in English is actually "maternity leave." Basically in English it's closer to "I'm sorry, I'm out on maternity leave." Honestly, it's fine in Spanish, the translation is just really bad.
