WHO FARTED???
The wind blows the car 90 degrees, the trailer 180 degrees, but the empty plastic garbage can only a few feet. Weird.
That's because the all those things were dead center in a small tornado. Notice how the car lifted straight up for about a foot, and the blue recycle can moved out, the went straight up, never to be seen again?
Micro-burst.
Notice also has limited the area is. The vehicle in the background doesn't move, and apparently nothing happened to the house.
