According to Cederq, the server itself got borked - it ran out of resources, either through misbehaved process(es), memory leak, or clogged buffers. They (the provider) are trying to find the bad Java script or the cause of the buffers getting clogged. Think: arthrosclerosis of the data paths... Just checked, still 403'd. They'll get 'er done. Eventually.
