  2. Being 2 miles from Tinker AFB I see those all the time along with lots of other military aircraft. B1's so low it looks like a sling shot could tag it. When they turn east above my house headed for TN and hit the fast button - that's when the windows rattle for a couple minutes.

  5. We get flybys here like that from time to time. They're one use of my tax dollars that I enjoy!

    Lived on the approach to Moffett NAS for a few years. Lots of helos, sub chasers, fighters and transports. But the best was NASA's U2. It'd come in engine spooling up and down, so had a quite distinctive sound. There was also the HUGE Russian transport that came through a few times.

    Ah, good times!
