It's vertebra from some very large critter, probably whale. Most likely high cervical vertebra. Possibly whale. Do a search on "Whale atlas axis." The atlas and axis look very different than regular vertebrae.
Definitely a pelvis from a mammal. Judging from the shape of the oblimgota, It looks a 4-5 year old female that has given birth twice. May have died giving birth the third time judging by the perpendicular alignment of the scriotious.
Looks like RBG went skinny dippin' again. It's one of her fossilized vaginal secretions from the 1800s. (Abe Lincoln's class ring was found embedded in it, which helped date the relic.)
It looks like very large vertebrae.
