A parking meter is a device used to collect money in exchange for the right to park a vehicle in a particular place for a limited amount of time. Parking meters can be used by municipalities
as a tool for enforcing their integrated on-street parking policy,
usually related to their traffic and mobility management policies.
I'm just not seeing it. I'm not sure why but it's just not there.

I swear, I stared at this picture for a solid two minutes, thinking this was some sort of "look at THOSE coin slots" sort of thing before I saw it in the background.
