Birmingham, Alabama worked hard this weekend to break the previous record of five shot and killed Friday through Sunday night, but this weekend's tally of 5 slain in 24 hours fell short of a new record. There is already a rally planned for this afternoon to "stop the gun violence" (it really isn't gun violence as the guns haven't done a single thing by themselves). There will probably be some balloon launches, unity breakfasts, and of course some marches. Still, it will be the same song and dance this week, the coming weekend led by assorted "ministers", and so on and so forth.
In other news: There were no candlelight vigils again today for the millions of deaths caused annually by the pharmaceutical and medical industries and the FDA.

ReplyDeleteThe same people who are trying to separate us from our guns and our RIGHT to bear them are also working to "legalize" street drugs. Those who sell drugs are LITERALLY shooting into the crowd, with no regard to who they kill. Our "government" is complicit in this, and should be dealt with accordingly...

ReplyDeleteI have several loaded guns, unattended, that have people walking by them every day, and they have never jumped up and shot anyone on their own. Never. (fact is, I need to dust 'em off a bit, that's how much I don't pay attention to them)
What is making all these delinquent guns JUMP up and commit GUN VIOLENCE all by themselves? Apparently without human hands to guide them, they're likely to commit mass mayhem and murder. What is WRONG with these guns?
So....what is it that I'M doing right, and all these miscreant arms are doing wrong?

ReplyDeleteThe left/progressives/communists actually love a body count. Im sure in some backrooms somewhere in the power structure they are cheering this. The more bodies black ghetto/gang culture produces the more ammo they have against one of their big pet peeves, gun ownership.

ReplyDeleteAny word if the families of the shooters have set up Go Fund Me accounts yet? That seems to be the trend these days. Especially when the shooter is a "disadvantaged teen" with no daddy around.
