A perfect lesson in why you don't stare at your iron sights too long. The image gets "burned" into your retina. When your brain finally decides to take shot, it is watching "film at eleven".
You are welcome. Glad to help. It is counter intuitive. Because we are human, our natural inclination is to try to make the shot perfect, to check the sight picture "just one more time". After 3-4 seconds, you're staring a burned in image, and it goes downhill from there. Fortunately it's easy to correct. Just glance away at something else for a one count, then back on the sights for a fresh image. It took me considerable time and practice to develop the mental discipline to break the shot NOW. I shot NRA Highpower Rifle competition for decades. Got my Master card in 1990.
Just from the negative image bait, I can see clearly she has gone cross-eyed herself from staring at the dot on her nose too long. You won't seduce me to do that! Never!!!
