...and at my local library, whose board has mandated that "all who enter these portals shall be masked" has a box of surgical masks on the proctors desk, which is manned by some cheesy looking dude, at the side of the entrance door BEHIND and partially hidden by the 3'X4' sign which delineates the mask requirement. When I pointed out the unsanitary condition of the box of masks that are being touched by everyone arriving with no masks, Mr. proctor said "Well you should bring your own".
