Ha! I did not Mosshell visited either! I bet that porker would taste wild (there is no doubt that Moshell would taste wild,,,gross). The ideal weight for feral swine is below 200 pounds. I come from a "hog-killing* family and when I was kid growing up, hog-killing days were a big event. Not only with my family, but for the majority of the families in my area. On this day, every most every family member had a job or two. The males hogs we slaughtered/sold were castrated at an early age. We would sometimes slaughter six or seven hogs in one day.The entire hog was processed lest the "squeal". My grandpa could cure and smoke the best hams, bacon, and sausage I've ever eaten. All my granny's and my mother (as did most folks I ever encountered cooked most everything in lard we had rendered on those day). Most of those involved lived good long lives too. How I miss the "good 'ol days".
Sickening.
