    I live in a creepy old church next to a cemetery in the middle of nowhere, I consider any town with more than 500 people a city

      FREE BIRD on repeat with a large PA system anytime one of them shows up.
      ...I have the same fear. Old lady next to me owns 99 acres, kids have no interest. Ripe for a developer to buy.
