Uh? And the Eskimos build a fire with what exactly? If burning whale or seal blubber, what do they start the fire with? So many questions go unanswered, not to mention venting and CO poisoning.
Ya know, it is the 21st century, after all. They probably use lighters, like everyone else.
Whale bone bow saws; and igloos are vented at the peak to allow gasses, smoke, and moisture to escape. Without that hole, you'd suffocate from CO2.
I think it should read "stunted double" on the lower right of the last pic.
