  3. Saw them in Tampa Stadium on a cold night in February 1974. 1st set was entire Close To The Edge album. 2nd set was entire Tales Of Topographic Oceans album. Encore was extended Roundabout. Rick Wakeman left the band shortly after this because he thought the band was becoming too experimental. Would have been nice to have heard more of their other stuff than Tales.

  4. I was fortunate enough to see these guys, both "versions" of them, open their "Reunion" tour in Pensacola way back. Even got to meet Chris Squier at the Hilton across the street from the Civic Center and chat with him for a few. I saw many of the other guys, but didn't want to bother them since they they had, for a week or more, been practicing and perfecting their show here before the opening of the tour. Being a former musician myself way back in the metal years, I knew they needed their time to decompress. Chris thought was the coolest attitude a fan ever relayed to him.
