Not so much today for me either, but when I was 14 years old and Judy was playing "Stacks" on "B.J. and Bear" she'd crank my tractor. Then again, a blonde wig on top of a broom handle might have made me idle a little too.
I never saw whatever show they were on, so I never heard of them till now (but they do look good in feathers). Besides, if I'd seen their last name was Landers, I would have avoided them for fear of getting a bunch of advice on how to run my love life. (Ann Landers and Dear Abby were sisters, you know.)
Thank you for that reminder that damn I'm getting old
ReplyDeleteThey were never my dish of lapsang sooshong. Fake dumb blondes just don't grab me, but I remember that Playboy cover and the feathers.

DeleteSoooo, what do they look like today?
ReplyDeleteAbout what you'd expect The Golden Girls to look like, 40 years after those pics.
DeleteNever take a second look at childhood crushes; remeber them as they were in your mind. Time isn't kind to anyone.
Good advice Aesop.
DeleteActually, those two still look nice, but they have the luxury of money and great surgeons I'd suppose.
The LAST photo is what they look like today.
DeleteNice, but the Barnstable twins stole my heart before them. Remember "Quark"?
