That fucktard is not even fully off the road AND has his door open into the lane. He caused the accident(s) and should be charged with reckless endangerment at the very least.
We watch YouTube videos of fun on the roads. It's not that uncommon to see Tooling along ,and just get clobbered, and no amount of paying attention would have been enough to avoid it. The white truck seriously overdid the little dodge left to miss the guy pushing his car. I hope the people who went over didn't get hurt too badly.
You never know what is going to happen. About 8 years ago my wife picked me up from work in Atlanta late night and we were going down GA400 and there was a massive accident with police closing the frwy and we were the last in a long line of cars in our Silverado. My wife was driving and left good space from the small car in front of us when a Midsized Mercedes slammed into us at 70mph blowing out our windows and crumpling our cargo bed. The Mercedes was on fire and was lucky that police and fire was behind them and able to cut them out. My wife has had back issues since even after treatment.
White truck driver was most likely texting and when he looked back onto the road, he over steered and caused the accident. IMHO the dude on the side of the road did not cause the accident.
I'm with you, John. Driver of the white truck was far enough over from the disabled vehicle that there was no chance he would have hit it, well before he went out of control.
If you go to the link the article says the truck was trying to avoid the expansion joint. there is something sticking up out of the road that the truck is trying to avoid and he oversteered and, well, the rest is history.
I viewed that six times and couldn't see any expansion joint in the video at all. Whoever wrote that article must have watched a different accident at a different location.
I say China as in PRC
ReplyDeleteThat WAS a nice beemer
ReplyDeleteThey’re high maintenance one way or another.
DeleteThe guy with his door open should be shot.
ReplyDeleteHis car broke down and he is pushing it clear, but he has to steer at the same time.
DeleteDown slope in neutral why would he need to push?

ReplyDeleteHe was pushing his car clear. And the white truck caused the accident.
DeleteShit happens to the nth.
ReplyDeleteOdds are good that was in the PRC...
ReplyDeleteDon't know where this took place but with all the garbage vehicles coming in from mexico everyday this probably happens quite frequently.
ReplyDeleteYou’re fish food…
ReplyDeleteVC
That extra and last spin at the guard rail where it gives a bit more energy before it rolls over is something to see!
