I just don't understand how inmates being assaulted and raped is somehow of no concern to the authorities, it seems it somehow has become the "new normal"...
The dudes that do the prison raping are the very same guys on the street if you called them a faggot would kill you on the spot.

and he doesn't sue the police or Harris County because the courts have held that the police , as well as the county are not responsible for his safety. What sort of nation have we become that two of our most trusted institutions can longer be trusted!

We aren't a "nation" I.E one people. As a country, well, I'm keeping my options open in terms of escape.
