  2. I just don't understand how inmates being assaulted and raped is somehow of no concern to the authorities, it seems it somehow has become the "new normal"...

    It’s the Justice Systems other form of punishment.
    If it wasn’t, One Man One Cell never to see another human except your preacher till the day you got out would be the norm.

  4. and he doesn't sue the police or Harris County because the courts have held that the police , as well as the county are not responsible for his safety.
    What sort of nation have we become that two of our most trusted institutions can longer be trusted!
